Yes I (we) will pay to use the Port Northern Sudan after the South Sudan becomes an independence state. Why not to pay the northern goverment if our relationship is will be reliable and healthy. Now the Southern Sudan's government paying millions of dollars to Kenyans' government. It's because we have a concerate relationship with it's people.

Second to that, paying fees to government of Northern Sudan will come with some beneficial things for us. We will get our goods that we import for theirs port. Also as part of trading agreement between us and them, North Sudan will need alot of things from us. It will need land for farming. It will need some other natural resourses, which will include oil itself plus other minerals. Also Nile water will crucial resource for us and North will beg us so that our government will not use the water too much to minimize the Nile water flow.

Don't worry please Bany and let's just love the South Sudan as it is. It's enough for all of us, Jinubeens. It's a land of freedom and it will stay like that forever.

My friend, you are well contributor to this Discussion Board. I always come across your messages, which are sometime good or bad as well. I never responsed to any of your articles not because they are not interesting or such, but time is very limited in my little world.

Fortunately, I had a free time today and I want to reply to one of your post, which you've been going back and forth at it with Mr. Girmale.

You stated some reasons why the south Sudan would not be separate from the north.

Your first reason pointed that, "WE DON'T WANT TO DIVIDED THE COUNTRY WITH ARAB SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE LAND IN SUDAN."

Whoa! For how long did Arabs have been living in Sudan my friend? The Arabs came to Sudan which dated back to 14-16 centuries if I am not mistaken. All of them are national born of Sudan like the rest of us. If you forgot please they have land in Sudan; and as matter of fact, the Arabs have ruled the country since 1956 just to assure you. However, telling us the Arabs don't own any piece of land in Sudan is unreasonable my fellow citizen.

Your second reason stated, "WE DON'T WANT TO LEAVE NUBIAN WITH THOSE EVIL SINCE THEY FOUGHT WITH US TOGETHER AGAINST THE ARAB."

Yes we really appreciated the Nubians contributions to our liberation struggle. Furthermore, their effort to help work best in both ways. We started the war because the Arabs' government in the North never recognized us (Southerners) as first class citizens in the country that you claimed it belong to us alone. So the Nubians felt the same way and joined us to fight the common enemy which is Arab. Therefore, Nubians contributions is not something that can prevent the South from sessesion here come 2011.

In sum, the Arabs don't want us in Sudan and we can't leave the country since we all belong to it. We have no options accept to separate the south from north Sudan if it will help and I do really believe separation will help a lot. If Nubians want to do the samething, they have every right to do that and perhaps we can give them hands. Remember Sudan had it's independence for 52 years started from 1st January, 1956 and yet not a single person from the South Sudan ever came as a President. This come partly because of Arabs ignorant toward us (Blacks).

Your third reason said, "WE DON'T WANT LEAVE OUR PORT TO THE ARAB AND PAY THEM FOR EVERY THING WE IMPORT OR EXPORT."

On this statement, I first thought you are joking, but yet I believe you meant to say it. Now you telling us the Port is crucial than the land of South Sudan......huh? We don't need Port Sudan as long as we have all the corners of Southern Sudan's land. The Arabs have took a lot of our natural resourses and paying it's goverment in order for our goverment to use their port will not hurt us than what they have done already. The question I always ask is that, will the Southern Sudan as a nation have a normal relationship with it's former colonizer? There are more logical thoughts to this question buddy.... To answer this question Mr. Bany maybe your worries about the Port Sudan would be easier.

Mr. Bany, truely speaking I don't think your reasons are so legit enough to convince us. As a child growing up in a wartone region of Southern Sudan, I never picture a person from the South would say Sudan can not be divided. Sudan have been in war by itself before her independences. So my fellow, the unity that we have had in Sudan is not the right one. We were misled by the Great British and their counter part, Egyptians to signed a wrong unity or if the word misled is not suitable in this case than our elites were wrongly persuased.

Mr. Banydit, I respect your ideas but they didn't convince me and as well as the rest of Southerners perhap. I don't think I will go to voting booth in 2011 to cast my vote for Sudan's unity. I am sorry my friend.

Sudan shall be divided peacefully in 2011 because of four significant evidences:


a) Since 1955 south has been suffering under the Arab government.

b) Northerners known as traders in their immigration background do not accept southerners to live with them in the same country and distribute wealthy and power sharing.

c) Southerners are pure Black African, not Arab.

d) Northerners and Southerners are totally different in term of culture, religion and language.


Note: Our brothers and sisters from Nubian Mountain and Southern Blue have the basic right to vote either to join south or north (Khartoum regime).

I therefore urge all southerners to say Hell NO to New Sudan and Big YES to South Independent in 2011.

Bany, I ticked you with a few words and all of a of sudden you adjusted the topic and brought up the 1991 incident which has nothing to do with our discussion. where in my comment have i said Nuer defeat Dinka? any ways, I will not stalk on that because if I do you'll confused even more. now back to the point, you did not say all your detail because saying that we are more than Arabs is not a good justification to convince loyal separatist like myself.

if you went to south Sudan and tell our people that you wanted an united Sudan, I bet if they respect you they'll walk a way from you if not, then you would probably face somthing else. so please talk on your own behalf as a unionist and stop using word "we."furthermore, if you didn't know why separatists wanted to separate south from the north then go with your instinct because what I have may not suit your intention.

in your dream Bany, I would never cast my vote for the so called United Republic of Sudan. look man, I am very interested in debating with you, but the problem is you don't have all your facts straight to back you up when you confused. your uncle Abel prior to Anyanya (I) accord was a Jalleba servant, due to his supports to his master jalleba he then with the helps of his master hijacked the movement from its founder Joseph Lago. so don't think that I brought his name up because he was a trustworthy person to the south.

it seems like you don't really know what you're talking about so far Dude, give me a break, what about your uncle Adel Aler, and the former 2nd vice President Gorge Kongor and many other southerners? do you think these people don't have rights and what it takes to tell Jalleba that enough is enough now it's time for you to start developing south. thus, what convinced you that Jalleba will listen to the so called Splmers and do anything that they may ask accordingly?
